Refund Policy
Your confidence matters to us. If an ITAfx Education program does not meet your expectations, we provide a simple and transparent refund process. Please review this policy before purchasing.
1. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Every program purchase is covered by a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, request a complete refund within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.
The 14-day window begins on the purchase date, not when you first open the material. Requests received after the window closes will not be processed.
2. Refund Procedure
To initiate a refund:
- Email support@itafxeducation.com with the subject "Refund Request"
- Include your full name, purchase email address, and Order ID
- Optionally describe why you are requesting the refund (helps us improve)
We acknowledge requests within 2 business days and complete the refund within 5 to 10 business days. Funds are returned to the original payment method.
3. Conditions
- The request must arrive within 14 calendar days of purchase
- One refund per customer per program
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method exclusively
- Programme access and related materials are revoked upon refund
- Discount codes or promotional pricing do not alter the refund amount — you receive the sum you actually paid
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Requests submitted after the 14-day window
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Use
- Purchases made with fraudulent payment methods
5. Chargebacks
We encourage direct communication before filing a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. We resolve issues quickly. A chargeback filed without prior contact may lead to account suspension and delays.
